LYN HENDERSON, COURSE AUTHOR & INSTRUCTOR, SENIOR AUDITOR
Lyn Henderson, CPC, CCS-P, CHCC, PCA, PCS, President of Physician Chart Auditors, is a much sought after 30-year seasoned certified coder and compliance consultant. She has worked with a former US Attorney General, Former Head of the OIG, attorneys, hospitals and large physician groups in local and national government payor audits. Lyn has been a featured guest speaker for over 50 organizations. She has taught at colleges, personally trained employees and consulted for major insurance companies, physicians, nurse practitioners, billers, and practice managers on how to audit provider records. She has audited over 100,000 physician charts in her career and successfully participated in overturning $5,000,000+ in payor cases brought against providers into the physician organization’s favor.

JANE TUTTLE, COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Jane Tuttle CCS-P, CPC, PCA is a certified coding educator and compliance specialist with more than 22 years experience in health care administration, including the areas of practice management, billing, coding, reimbursement, chart auditing, corporate compliance and HIPAA regulations. Ms. Tuttle was employed for several years by Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA as Compliance and HIPAA Manager. Prior to joining HMFP, she worked as a healthcare consultant, providing coding and compliance services to clients of all medical specialties, nationally. She has worked for Massachusetts General Hospital, North Shore Medical Center and Emerson Hospital, all affiliates of Partners Healthcare System. In addition, Ms. Tuttle has managed primary care and multi-specialty physician practices, and has extensive experience with project management and billing software installation.

CYNTHIA TRAPP, COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Cynthia Trapp, CHFP, CMPE, CPC, CCS-P, CHC, PCA, has been a leader in the healthcare field for over 18 years. She has a wide range of experience in finance, billing, coding, and medical practice administration for large and small multi-specialty clinics. She is board certified as a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a member MGMA. Ms. Trapp is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional with HFMA, a Certified Professional Coder with the AAPC, a Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based with AHIMA, a Certified Physician Chart Auditor with PCA, Inc., and a Certified Healthcare Compliance specialist with HCCA. Ms. Trapp is a national speaker and coding instructor. She currently serves as the Education Officer of the Burlington, MA Chapter of the AAPC.

CHRISTY BISHOP, COURSE INSTRUCTOR, SENIOR AUDITOR
Christy Bishop, CHCO, CPC, PCA, has worked in healthcare for over 10 years. As a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health, Ms. Bishop began her healthcare experience with Aetna US Healthcare, where she learned the intricacies of payor rules, regulations, and denial/claims processing. Ms. Bishop was one of the pioneers at Athenahealth, Inc. in designing, testing, and training key functions for the application service provider, and performed a national consulting role in which assessments of practice billing operations, product implementations, advanced training seminars and claims solutions were provided. Ms. Bishop has been with the Caritas Physician Network for five years, serving as the Director of Financial Services for two years before becoming the Director of Compliance, Training and Provider Education. Ms. Bishop's team conducts auditing and education on government and payor rules/regulations for over 250 providers and is responsible for the maintenance of an effective compliance program.

DR. ERIN JOSPE, COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Erin Jospe, MD, PCA, is a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, completing her postdoctoral training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). For the past seven years, she has been an internist in a busy clinical setting, building and maintaining a 2800-3000 member patient panel. Dr. Jospe is also an instructor in Clinical Medicine at Harvard University, where she teaches 2nd and 3rd year students—as well as BIDMC residents—in monthly clinical rotations.

BILL DACEY, COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Bill Dacey, MHA, MBA, CPC, PMCC, PCA, is a nationally recognized expert on how to both safeguard against negative audit activity and identify appropriate reimbursement for physician services. Mr. Dacey has worked with providers and payers for 20 years to increase understanding of the coding, billing and auditing process for professional services. Mr. Dacey's clientele includes the senior medical management team of Kaiser of Southern California - a 4,000+ physician group. Mr. Dacey has conducted intensive coding and auditing trainings for BCBS of Florida, North Carolina and New York senior auditing staff. Mr. Dacey served as a federally qualified expert witness on coding and reimbursement in the largest healthcare class action suit on record. Mr. Dacey serves on a variety of Editorial Advisory Boards and has a monthly column in Physician's Practice Magazine. Formerly a Vice President of Compliance for the 4th largest public healthcare system in America, Mr. Dacey served many years as Director of Coding and Reimbursement for over 500 employed physicians with annual revenues exceeding $350 million. Mr. Dacey began in healthcare in 1987 as Claims Processing Manager for Connecticut's largest HMO.

KRISTEN WHITE, COURSE INSTRUCTOR, SENIOR AUDITOR
Kristen White, CPC, PCS, PCA, VP of Operations at PCA, has over 17 years of practice management experience. As a Certified Professional Coder, she has provided educational provider record reviews for over 100 physicians and has taught over 200 coding and billing, and documentation trainings for providers and staff. Currently a compliance consultant for large physician organizations throughout New England, Ms. White is also a former Director of HIM as well as a billing manager for large primary care groups.
