What happens if I miss a class?
Answer:
If you miss a class, you can join any other class that is the same type of class.
Example: If you miss an ICD-10-CM class on a date that you have signed up for, you can take any other ICD-10-CM class scheduled.
Question:
Do you offer CEU’s for the classes?
Answer:
Yes, we can offer CEU’s from various organizations such as AHIMA, PCA, AHCAE and AAPC.
Question:
How do we get our CEU’s?
Answer:
After attending the class, a link for your certificate of attendance with the appropriate CEU’s attached will be available for you to print out.

What is included in the class?
Answer:
Depending on the type of class you will have a handout, and a workbook included in your fee.
Question:
What do I need to have for class?
Answer:
Every class is designed specifically for an area of study for instance ICD-10-CM is designed for the physician practices and ICD-10-PCS is designed for the hospitals. So, each student is required to have the ICD-10 that relates to the area of study.

What if I don’t have any ICD-10 books?
Answer:
We offer links on our information page to several good vendors to acquire the necessary ICD-10 resource for the class.

Will you be offering any additional ICD-10 classes?
Answer:
Yes, please check the website as we will be adding classes throughout the year. Some examples of some future classes are:

How do we get the sign-on information about the WebEx classes?
Answer:
After registration for a WebEx session, you'll receive an email invitation.
